Disconnect Slack

Either way, Union stops answering in the workspace and deletes the workspace's Slack data right away.

A team owner opens the team page in Union and chooses Disconnect next to Slack.

From Slack

A workspace admin removes Union from the workspace's Manage apps page in Slack.

What gets deleted

  • The workspace's access token
  • Conversations with Union, in DMs and channels
  • Files copied from those conversations
  • People Union knows only through the workspace

People who also know Union another way (an account, an email or call with us, an introduction) keep their Union record; only their tie to the workspace is removed. Internal logs of model requests, kept for debugging and cost accounting, can contain message text; ask us and we delete those too.

Delete your data

Email [email protected] from the address you use with Union and ask us to delete your data. We confirm and complete it within 30 days.
